Warung swiftly deliver a follow up to their ‘Reverence’ EP, released on Street Tracks in May, and serve up another tasty trio of deep and engaging electronic dance cuts. Hailing from the USA, the Warung duo have already brought their melodic and progressive sound to labels like KBD, Dear Deer and Earthly Delights.

The ‘Pensive’ EP offers up more stellar tracks that takes their cue from atmospheric 80s productions and Italo disco. The title track, ‘Pensive’, is a sumptuously brooding number with a definite European flair, whilst ‘Sararr’ seductively builds over its seven-minute tenure, laden with hypnotic synths and tights drums. ‘Track 04’ closes the release in style, with cosmic arpeggiated keys and deft piano hooks rain down on another solid groove from Warung.
